I don't usually like posting videos of crashes however this one is pretty close to home (Cape Town) & fortunately no one was fatally injured.

The video in question is that of the famous or infamous Base jumper Wingsuit flyer Jeb Corliss. Last week, January 16, he had to be rescued by a rescue helicopter for a failed jump where he broke both his legs in the crash off Table Mountain. The video isn't the best but you get the picture.
